British actress and singer Sheridan Smith has been announced as patron of TramShed Theatre Company, a Blackpool based charity providing inclusive drama workshops 'which inspire and celebrate everyone'.

The Cleaning Up star commented 'I can’t think of a better company and charity to be involved with. People from all walks of life being given this opportunity to be free, happy and express themselves through arts is the most humbling experience I have ever witnessed'.
